Preparation:
Step left foot 3 feet or so behind right so that you are in a staggered stance.
Hold a DB in your left hand (hold weight in hand that is the same side as your rear leg).
Movement:
Keep back straight as you bend right knee and reach for your right foot
with left hand. Stand up as you row the DB to your hip.
Tips:
Keep your weight on the heel of your front foot, and press through that heel
as you stand up and row. Exhale upon standing up, and breathe back in as you reach forward.
