Preparation:
Stand in front of a step bench that is 6-12 inches high.
Movement :
Using an arm swing, jump up in the air and land in a balanced position
on both feet.
Land on the reactive point of your feet on top of the box keeping knee
directly over 2nd & 3rd toe and keeping feet pointing straight ahead.
Hold the landing and then repeat.
