Ready for 5:30am MONDAY NOVEMBER 13?
Welcome, recruits!
If you are reading this, it means that
you have enlisted for five weeks of hard work. You have what it takes to endure week after week of gut-wrenching,
sweat-producing, calorie-burning workouts. If you didn’t, you wouldn’t have signed up! I appreciate
your confidence and belief in your abilities.
Over the next five weeks, you will no
doubt encounter obstacles that could interfere with your quest to attain improved fitness and a stronger, leaner, healthier
body. Life is going to throw you a few curveballs…do not let them get the best of you and your goals! Let
go of your excuses, because they are not welcome here! Make them a thing of the past as you stay focused on the result.
Along the way, do not forget to enjoy the process!
As your training instructor I demand
nothing less than 110% effort from you. I expect you to read and understand the Boot Camp Requirements. I believe
that when we tackle any difficult task in our lives, we subconsciously make one of two choices – to succeed or to fail.
It is also my belief that we must make the conscious effort to ensure our success by focusing on the positives and eliminating
the negatives from the picture.
This info base as well as
your recruit packet serve to lay the groundwork for your success. This exclusive webpage will serve
as a resource as you progress through your training. Here you will find information on specific exercises, nutrition,
and motivation. I will notify you of any major updates to the info base. I
trust that you have what it takes to be disciplined and determined for the next month of hard work!
I am not only your instructor,
I am your ally as well. Remember that you can always contact me if you have any questions or need a little extra motivation!
My cell phone number is (225) 326-2317, WIM’s number is (225) 923-3490, and my email address is fitprosarah@yahoo.com.
In closing, I look forward to working
with you and wish you much success as we embark on a journey to optimum fitness!
Yours in Health,
"Sergeant Sarah"
